What’s the status of my order? - If you made a purchase with us online, our helpful and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to help you check the status of your order. Call us toll-free at +1 (416) 928-0128 or e-mail us at info@watchfinder.ca. Please have your order confirmation number ready.

What if I need to change my order? - You can contact our customer service assistant toll-free at +1 (416) 928-0128, or e-mail us at info@watchfinder.ca. We will gladly make any changes to your order.



How do I sell my watch? - See our page on How To Sell Your Watch for details.

What kinds of watches do you accept? - We accept all men’s and women’s luxury brands including, but not limited to, Rolex, Tudor, Cellini, Gerard Perregaux, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Franck Muller, Baume & Mercier, Breguet, Bvlgari, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Longines, Panerai, Chopard, Concord, IWC, Maurice Lacroix, Corum, Tag Heuer, Tiffany & Co., and Breitling. How much will I get for my watch, and how do I get a valuation? - We will need to take a close inspection of your watch to give you the most accurate and highest value buyout price. We gather sources from online marketplaces and dealers to determine the true market value of a watch at any given time. We also take into consideration the condition and popularity of the watch, as well as how many times it’s been worn. What if I turn down the offer? - If you do not accept our offer, we will promptly return the item to you at our expense and no payment will be issued.

Do you accept trade-ins? - Absolutely. We will trade in watch or watch parts to give you more buying power. It can even be used as a deposit towards your new watch purchase.


How do I schedule my watch for service? - Call us toll-free at +1 (416) 928-0128 to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. At this time we will ask you to come into one of our two retail stores with your watch so we can determine the services that are needed. Based on the diagnostics, we will give you same-day estimated price for the work we will be performing and how long it will take.

How long does the service take? - Depending on the age of the watch and what we are doing to the watch, the service portion usually takes between two (2) to four (4) weeks. However, these are just estimates and we never quote exact dates. Please note that vintage watches, complete restorations and chronographs (i.e. any watch with a "stop watch" function such as the Daytona) may require additional time to complete due to their overall complicated nature. We highly appreciate your patience.

What if I don’t accept your quote? - If you decide you don’t want to spend the money to repair your watch, we will be happy to make you an offer to buy your watch in its current “as is” condition.

Do you offer expedited services? - Yes, under certain circumstances we can expedite service times. For instance, if your watch has suffered water damage, it will receive high priority treatment to prevent permanent or further damage.



What are my shipping options? - In most cases, we will ship your watch via FedEx. If you prefer a different carrier, an additional charge may apply.

How do I send you my watch for service or return? - When it comes to high-end luxury products, we recommend bringing your watch in person to one of our retail locations. However, if that is not possible, we recommend shipping your watch to us by UPS or FedEx. Please package your watch securely in a hard cased box. Do not use bubble-padded envelope, as it will not provide adequate protection during shipping. It is important you insure your watch when shipping it for service or return. Watchfinder is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

Can I drop my watch off in person? - Yes, you are always welcome to drop your watch off (and/or pick up) in person. Our two showrooms are located at 126 Cumberland Street (Lower Level) and 333 Eglinton Avenue West. It’s best to make an appointment to ensure you get serviced immediately.


What are my payment options? - We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept direct debit and personal cheques, which must clear before the watch is shipped. Western Union money order, cashier's check, and bank-to-bank wire transfers are also acceptable.

How do I get paid once I sell you my watch? - Once you accept our offer, we can pay you via cheque when you come in person to our store or we can send it to your mailing address of choice. This payment will be issued within five (5) business days of the offer acceptance.


Do your watches come with a warranty? - Watchfinder warranties all watches, with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches, for one (1) year from date of invoice, unless the invoice indicates otherwise. Please see our Warranty page for more details.



Are all your watches authentic? - Yes, they are 100% authentic. Each watch sold by Watchfinder is carefully inspected by our expert team of in-house watchmakers who carry decades of experience on even the most complicated timepieces. Sean Sherzadi stands behind every watch he sells and unconditionally guarantees their authenticity.

How do you keep your prices so low? - Watchfinder covets itself on offering shoppers affordable, high quality prestigious items. Our new timepieces are less than the market prices while pre-owned watches are set at an affordable rate. After being in the business for more than 10 years, our buyers have developed the capacity to purchase inventory at incredible prices. We pride ourselves our helping our customers save money but above all, feel priceless. And of course, it is always Sean Sherzadi’s M.O. to negotiate an offer!


What is your return policy? - Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer a full refund on purchases made with us. However, Watchfinder wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer an in-store credit for the full value of the original purchase, whether it was pre-owned or new in box.
