Watchfinder knows the value of security in purchase, especially for luxury timepieces. Our goal is to ensure all our shoppers feel safe and confident with the purchase of any of our luxury brand name watches.
Watchfinder warranties all watches, with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches, for one (1) year from date of invoice, unless the invoice indicates otherwise. Additionally, a second (2) year warranty can be purchased for $450, which covers the cost of a complete overhaul. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover jewellery items.
The warranty does not cover: bands, batteries, cracked or broken crystals, water damage, and damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical abuse such as knocks, dents, and crushing. If the watch has been repaired or serviced by someone other than our authorized technicians at Watchfinder, it will render this warranty null and void.
Please note that watches purchased on our site or at any of our retail locations are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, Watchfinder’s expert team of certified watchmakers are constantly honing their skills with experience in servicing world class prestige brands so you can rest assured your watches are in experienced and capable hands.
