Watchfinder wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer full refunds on any of our purchases. We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with the item(s) you purchased at an initial transaction. However, we understand that things can change. To keep you happy, we offer an in-store credit for the full value of the item, for both pre-owned watches and new in box item(s). If you would like store credit, please notify us of your intention to do so within seven (7) days of your order receipt. If seven (7) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a store credit.

Price is guaranteed: in the event that the item you purchased has fluctuated in price due to sales or restocks, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.
It never expires: we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why our store credits do not expire. You can hold them indefinitely and use them at your own convenience.
Peace of mind: when you make a purchase with us, you can do so comfortably knowing that should you change your mind, you can come back and exchange it for something better.
Special-orders, including but not limited to items not in stock, are non-refundable and require a 30% deposit by check or bank wire.
